On the front, full color images show five different species of Stream Trout along with callouts that show distinguishing characteristics. The Species shown are; Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, Golden Trout and Cutthroat Trout.

On the back are text descriptions, scientific names and freshwater records for each fish.
